Cancellation Policy

At Mona’s Brow Bar, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address your concerns and make things right.

Cancellation fees

1. There is a 50% fee charge for any permanent makeup service if you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment time. No exceptions.
2. There is a 50% fee charge for semi- permanent and waxing services if you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time. No exceptions.
3. No call/no shows are charged 50% of the service. No exceptions.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, contact us with at least a 48 hour notice to avoid fees for permanent makeup services and 24 hours before for semi permanent and waxing services. Please let us know as soon as you know you cannot make it to your appointment so we can plan accordingly. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
