By booking an appointment with Mona’s Chicago, you agree to our terms and conditions.
- It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for their appointment. If you are running late, please call us to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide adequate notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- Mona’s Chicago reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust our prices as necessary.
- Mona’s Chicago is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may occur as a result of our treatments. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your appointment.
- Mona’s Chicago is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep all valuables with you or locked in your vehicle.
- By booking an appointment with Mona’s Chicago, we may ask you for consent to the use of photos of your treatments for promotional purposes. If you do not want your photos to be used, please let us know.
- These terms and conditions may be revised at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
